Work Nights This Week

We will be working at the New Location this week. Everyone is invited to come and work if you are able and free. Thank you in advance for making the new place "shine"!

FALL BACK - This Week!

This Saturday night is the time change. We fall back one hour. Set your clock back an hour so you will be on time on Sunday morning. (but if you want to be an hour early that is OK too!)

This Sunday (November 1st) will be our first service in the New Location!

Remember we are now located at 14 Carl Cedar Hill Road at Highway 8. (the former facilities of First Baptist Carl) For location on GOOGLE MAPS

If you know someone that needs prayer you can go to the Prayer Center and enter the request and it will be emailed to those that are signed up to be on the prayer chain.

New Members!

We make a big deal about new members. Because it is a big deal!

"Church Membership" is less important in many churches these days. I know that many large churches put everyone in the "attend-ers" category. I am sure that it is easier to maintain a list of attend-ers than to have another list named "members".

God places a high value on relationships and covenants. They are not to be entered into lightly and have a tremendous impact on your life.

The society in which we live would have us to believe that if something doesn't go our way, we can just change partners. This has led to almost a whole generation of non-committed people with no roots anywhere. Wandering who they are and where they are supposed to be with no direction or purpose.

At Lifeway Church we invite "attend-ers" to become "members" if and when God directs. Membership is a commitment to a Local Church and to God to use your God-given abilities for Him in that Local Church. WE NEED EACH OTHER! You are important to God and to a Local Church. It is time that everyone find their place and begin to function in the grace that God has given them so that we can experience the fruit that God has called us to produce together.

• Pray for the Mayor, Council Members and City Employees of Auburn that they would walk in wisdom and favor. And that they would continue to create an atmosphere for growth and change in our city.
  
• Pray for all the churches in Auburn, Carl, Winder, Dacula that they would experience a supernatural spiritual hunger like never before.
  
  
• Pray for our Troops and their families.
  
  
• Pray for missionaries everywhere that they would experience the provision of God to continue to preach and teach the gospel. And that God would continue to protect those who are in dangerous situations.
  


• Our new facilities - growth numerically, spiritually and financially


• Youth Ministry growth and direction


• Barrow and Gwinnett County businesses would prosper
