Get in the Word with us this year!
At Lifeway we put an emphasis on the Word of God. We know that daily attention to the Word of God is a must for every believer.
Our Bible Schedule is designed to focus on "meditating the Word" rather than being able to say at the end of the year that we read the Bible through in a year. We want to meditate in order to understand the Word to the point that we put it into practice (Joshua 1:8) rather than just "skimming" over it so that we can check it off of our list.
We will read one chapter from the New Testament each weekday: Monday - Friday. Then on Saturday and Sunday pick a chapter from that week and spend extra time by reading it again. Developing a daily discipline is key.
