We recently began publishing our audio messages to iTunes podcast service. "A podcast is a series of audio or video digital-media files which is distributed over the Internet by syndicated download, through Web feeds, to portable media players and personal computers. Though the same content may also be made available by direct download or streaming, a podcast is distinguished from other digital-media formats by its ability to be syndicated, subscribed to, and downloaded automatically when new content is added."

iTunes is the most popular directory of podcasters and will allow us to "push" the most recent messages out to our subscribers. Podcasts are most often listened to on an MP3 player, but they can also be heard on a computer using media player software.

As of 2008, the dominant "podcatching" client is Apple's iTunes player. (for more information go to www.itunes.com)

Steps to receive the podcast

1. Download and install iTunes on your PC - www.itunes.com

2. Subscribe to the LifeSupport podcast - CLICK HERE

3. Syncronize your iPod or other MP3 player with your PC / iTunes

4. Hear the Word, grow and prosper
