Why do we wait until Friday to thank God?

Friday is a great day, yes… but is it the greatest day?

Today is the best day that we have regardless if it is Friday or not. There will never be another Friday September 30th, 2005. It is a gift from God.

If we see each day as a gift from God we will wake up tomorrow and say, "Thank God it is Saturday!" and so on, and so on…each day!

This day was made for you and I to do all that we can do and be all that we can be.

Make it a great day by giving thanks to God for the gift of another day.

We are truly blessed to be able to be a blessing to someone else today!

Getting knocked down is not the worst thing in the world, not getting back up is.

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, again!

Adversity is certain. It will come whenever and wherever you decide to do the right thing or move your life in a forward direction.

If you have been knocked down, don’t waste time thinking about who knocked you down, what happened or what didn’t happened, why it should have not happened, etc….just get back up, get on your horse and get moving again!

You can lose a battle without losing the war, if you refuse to quit!

There are more reasons for you to succeed than for you to fail. Get up, go on!

We have the ability to not allow our hearts to be troubled. In the midst of trouble.

"Let not" means we have control. We can choose to LET or to LET NOT.

A great companion scripture to "Let not your heart be troubled" is "Be strong in the Lord"

God does not expect us to be strong in ourselves. We do not have the power naturally.

We do have the super-natural power through the Holy Spirit that lives within us!

He is our helper and strengthener! He lifts us up when we are weak…if we ask Him to and allow Him to.

God is on your side. He wants to strenghten you today! Let Him.

Go to His Word, His promises and receive strength, courage and power!

It takes a strong fish to swim upstream!

Be strong, be positive – go against the flow!

It’s easy to be negative in down times (it’s almost expected) BUT refuse to agree with the crowd. Stand out and stand up – be postive. Point the way to the solution!

When you come in contact with a person that is down, lift them up.

The more people you lift up, the more you will be lifted up!

Believe what the Bible says – you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength!

Go against the natural flow and be a leader to everyone around you!
