It is natural to make things hard and complicated. It is strange how mankind will gravitate to a long, drawn out 20 step solution to a relatively easy problem such as "How to set New Year’s resolutions"
In this world of growing complexities more simplicity is needed.

Our mission and purpose as people created by God should be – To Grow.
All He created, He created to grow.
Seek to grow as a plant seeks the light and water. As a fire seeks oxygen.
Be determined to grow in 2007 like never before!
Make plans to grow. Get your fertilizer and pour it on.
Grow in wisdom, in worship, in knowledge of Him and His purpose for you.
When people see you growing they will naturally want to grow too! It is a phenomenon.

We are on the verge of a new year and with the new year comes a flood of thoughts about the past, present and future. But as quickly as those thoughts come, they go, and the one thing that is left…is you.
You hold the key.
You write the chapter.
