What does the Word say?

We should be focused on this one question…24/7/365.

Not what does the CNN News (constantly negative news), friends, neighbors, co-workers, family members, etc…say…

Now is time to purposely ignore the fear, dread and doubt that is all around.

We must go back to the power of the Word of God.

When we are ruled by God’s Word it will be the only thing that we see and hear. (In this respect it is good to be narrow minded.)

When the Word of God consumes us then it will form and fashion our lives. We will know above all else “what the Word says”.

If we want to walk in faith in power then let’s find out what the Word says!

If My people…

2 Chronicles 7:14 – If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. NKJV

It is time to pray…(and more than just the extreme current situation) it is our responsibility as the Body of Christ to pray.

We have a part to play in history. God is counting on us,…you and me.

God wants to do big things in the earth today to help and heal humanity and He will work through His Body to accomplish them.

But before He can do what He wants to do, He needs us to pray.

We should humble ourselves (understand that we are not perfect and do not know it all) and pray God’s mercy on our land.

Phone or throne?

When you need help, do you go to the phone or to the throne?

To the phone, where you call all of your friends explaining your problems in hope for understanding, compassion and a possible answer to your crisis.

Or to the THRONE OF GOD, where you can receive strength, faith, hope, wisdom and THE answer to any situation that you are facing.

Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the THRONE of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]. – Heb 4:16 (AMP)

The Lord is more interested in your situation than anyone else could ever be AND He has the right answer everytime.

God is waiting today for you to come to His throne with all of your concerns, questions and problems. He is ready, willing and able to help in your time of need.

Go to the throne.

Be determined to learn. To be a learner.

Grow in every area of your life by gaining knowledge.

Proverbs 18:15 Wise men and women are always learning, always listening for fresh insights. (MSG)

Be wise and listen for fresh insight. Keep your ears and eyes open to the Lord.

Wisdom and knowledge come from Him. We learn what we con’t know from the One that knows ALL!

Seek, desire and run after knowledge, wisdom and truth!

Let’s learn more today than we did yesterday.

God’s Favorite

I believe that without a doubt you are God’s favorite!

(The Word of God explains that God is not a respecter of persons or in other words He doesn’t prefer one above the other…so we can all safely say that we are individually “His favorite”.)

But, when God speaks to you personally He calls you His favorite. You are special and precious to Him. He gave His all for you.

The Psalmist wrote…Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings -Psalm 17:8 (NKJV)

We are all the apple of His eye and His favorite. He is looking out for our best and is working all things together for our good. He believes in us and has great faith in us.

The Lord loves you with an everlasting love and calls you His very favorite.
