God glasses

We need the perspective of God.

He sees things totally different than we do, most of the time.

The Word of God says, “Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn proper behavior from their parents.” Ephesians 5:1 – The Message

In order to do what God does then we need to see like He sees. We need to take a look through His glasses! (His Word)

The Word of God gives us a clear picture of the way that God sees things. Precisely.

We are able to look at the people around us with compassion and ourselves as more than conquerors!

Put on the glasses of God today and see life in a totally different way!

Matthew 13:11 (nlt) – Then he explained to them, “You have been permitted to understand the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven, but others have not.

We should not be surprized when people who don’t know God do not understand His word. It is inside info!

To get insight into the Word of God you have to be in contact with The Author.

(the first step towards understanding God is to believe in your heart and confess with your mouth “Jesus is Lord” see Romans 10:9-10…to become born-again)

2 Timothy 3:16 (AMP) – “Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration)”

The Holy Spirit wrote the Word of God. He knows what He meant when He had people record the Bible.

Every time that we come before the Word, we should ask the Holy Ghost to teach us and show us exactly what He wants us to know.

Whose report do you believe?

In Numbers 13 the Children of Israel sent 12 spies into the land of Canaan to take inventory of the promised land that flowed with milk and honey.

Out of the 12 spies there were 10 that said the people that lived in the land of Canaan were like giants and it would be impossible for them to drive them out.

Only 2 of the spies (Joshua and Caleb) said “Let us go up at once! We are well able to overcome and possess the land.”

So it is most days with most people, 10 out of 12 people will attempt to bring you down to their level and tell you 101 reasons why you can’t do what God has called you to do.

Find the 2 people that are willing to “go up at once” to overcome and possess the land!

You can do it! God did not create any losers.

Believe the report that you are well able to conquer and possess the land!

be fruitful

Sowing the Word of God in heart will cause you to be fruitful.

God said to Adam, “Be fruitful and multiply.” Genesis 1:22

I believe that it meant more than just to reproduce physically. I believe that God wanted eat from the Tree of Life and be fruitful spiritually.

Because of Adam’s disobedience, he and Eve were sent out of the garden of Eden. (and never ate from the Tree of Life)

We have the opportunity to feed from the Word of God and to produce fruit on a daily basis!

Fresh fruit!

Get into the Word of God and let the Word get into you, then begin to speak it and do it and watch the fruit begin to grow!

A “know not”

Romans 8:26 – Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

There are many times where we are a “know not”. Where our ability runs out or stops.

It is uncomfortable to our flesh to be in a predicament where we know not what to do (or what to pray for,…or how to pray). It is in that place where we must learn how to lean on and rely on the Holy Spirit within us. (He knows all things!)

Trusting in the Lord with all of our heart and not leaning or relying on our own mind and understanding is a key to walking in the will of God.

We need to be a “know not” and immediately ask the Lord for help, revelation, understanding, discernment, and wisdom.
