It’s The Name

Above all other names – Jesus!

Let it be known and understood by all of you, and by the whole house of Israel, that in the name and through the power and authority of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Whom you crucified, [but] Whom God raised from the dead, in Him and by means of Him this man is standing here before you well and sound in body. – Acts 4:10 AMP

Peter and John saw the power of God manifested through the Name of Jesus and pointed to this fact. It was so evident that the Rulers and Council Members threatened them not to speak in “that name” any more.

We need a fresh revelation of the power in the Name of Jesus! Then we need to begin to use His Name when we encounter sickness, disease, poverty and lack. Is it any wonder why the devil fights so hard against the name of Jesus? He persuades people to use it in a cursing way and society accepts it as the norm. But when someone uses Jesus name in a public setting as a means of blessing, people cry, “separation of Church and State…”. How much more diabolical can you get?

Our Father God wants the Body of Christ to wake up to the power in the Name of Jesus in this day and this hour. We must point to the One that can heal, save and deliver – TODAY! Use His Name!

No Fear Here

Fear not! “Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.” – Genesis 15:1 KJV

With every step of faith we are confronted with fear. Fear comes but we do not have to receive it. We choose. The devil can not put fear on you without your permission!

God told Abram that He would make Abram the father of many nations. Abram could not make himself the father of many nations he had to trust in God! That’s extreme faith!

Walking by faith is the only way to please God, because without faith it is impossible to please God. Walking by faith requires that we FEAR NOT! We refuse to look at things from the natural standpoint and choose to look at the promise of God from His viewpoint. It is all in what we choose to look at and act upon. In a day where fear is running rampant we must go against the flow and resist the devil, put on the armor of God and quench every fiery dart of fear. Lift up the shield of faith and stand!

Let’s declare today – “NO FEAR HERE”!

Out Grow The Shoe

“If the shoe fits…” So let those [of us] who are spiritually mature and full-grown have this mind and hold these convictions; and if in any respect you have a different attitude of mind, God will make that clear to you also. – Philippians 3:15 AMP

God desires to reveal to us those areas where we need to change and grow. But it is up to us to stay open and willing to change. Never get to a place in your life where you think or say, “this is just the way that I am and I will never change.” There is always room to grow. You can change!

Use your faith to grow and begin to say, “I am growing and changing, everyday!” Get real bold and ask the Lord to begin to show you areas where you need to grow. Then write them down and begin to work on them, one at a time. Move yourself out of your rut! Do something different just to shock your “system”…like drive a different way home the next time you are headed home. We are such creatures of habit and we normally take the “path of least resistance”. Stir yourself up to change! Out grow the shoe! …Go barefoot!

Your Faith Makes You Whole

Your healing is not all up to God. You have a part. ”But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.” – Matthew 9:22 KJV

One of the biggest roadblocks that I have seen in the area of people receiving their healing from God is the belief that “if God wants me healed then He will do it”. Your healing was provided when Jesus paid the price for it 2000 years ago. It is up to us now to believe it and receive it by faith. You and your faith plays a major part! Without faith it is impossible to please God. This a bold statement but we must remember that God operates by faith! All that He has done He has done in faith and He expects us to live by faith. Trusting in His faithfulness and agreeing with His word is faith!

Reach out like the woman with the issue of blood in Matt 9 and connect with the healing power of God, by faith. Your faith is enough to get the job done. It takes just a mustard seed sized measure of faith to move a mountain (that is the power in just a small amount!) Be whole, by faith. Say “I believe, I receive NOW!”

The Same Spirit

“But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” – Romans 8:11 NKJV – If the Spirit of God lives in you (and He does if you are born again!) then He will give life to your body! This is His promise, and it is true. You believe this for yourself today; receive His life giving power in your body right now!

Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to us after He was raised by the power of the mighty Holy Spirit. Raising Jesus from the dead was the most powerful act that God has performed, even more powerful than creation! Because with this act of bringing the Son of God back to life, God the Father conquered death, Hell and the grave! The same power that was exerted then is still working today. It is in you by the Holy Spirit and is released when you choose by faith to boldly declare, “The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in me and gives life to my body, NOW!” Go ahead, do it, it belongs to you!
